I made the 9th Doctor with the time pokemon, Dialga, the 10th Doctor with the space pokemon, Palkia, and the 11th Doctor with the time travel pokemon, Celebi. I did this because the Doctor goes though space and time. Celebi just fits with the Doctor as well.
